Through a buyout mandate, we negotiate on behalf of you and structure the financing with the most relevant lenders. In the LBO/MBO activity, HERA FINANCE has taken part into the following deals (non-exhaustive list) : · Advisor to the shareholders and management of DELOITTE CONSULTING (renamed INEUM CONSULTING) on a exclusive MBO mandate · Advisor to the shareholders and management of ASSURANCES THIEBAUD on an exclusive sell mandate, including MBI engineering and negotiation with lenders · Advisor to the shareholders and management of EXPANSCIENCE on an exclusive financing mandate, including LBO engineering and negotiation with lenders · Advisor to the shareholders and management of a specialised retail group on their OBO
